Javier Milian is Healthy Xpress' new addition to our sponsored athletes. He is also a Certified Nutrition Coach and the Head Coach of Freakin' Nutrition.
When he was younger he always struggled with being overweight, even though he kept himself active. Finally, at the end of high school he became aware of the importance of good nutrition. He started playing football, then he did some bodybuilding, and now he enjoys Crossfit. He is also part of our sponsored team the Miami Freaks.
